What is an ERP?

It is a business management system. A tool to support the execution of your company's operational processes, such as purchasing, selling, issuing invoices, stock management and everything else. The acronym ERP is an acronym for Enterprise Resource Planning.

Does each employee have their own password?

Yes, access is individual and each employee has their own login and password. Operations are traceable, that is, it is possible to identify the origin of operations on the platform. It is important to highlight that each employee can have different access to the platform's features.

Will employees have full access to the system?

It is the administrator who decides. You can have different profiles, such as:

Seller: only has access to inventory and issuance of sales orders
Supervisor: Has access to cancel and edit sales orders
Stockist: Access to stock inflows and outflows, in addition to inventory
Administrator: Full system access
Accountant: Access to report generation and SPED

Governance is configurable, so you can manage it according to your needs.

Can I have a separate and unified vision?

The operation at the store level is complete. If you have several stores, it is also possible to have a unified view to determine results and monitor day-to-day operations.

Are sales and issuance of notes in the system?

Yes, through the system you carry out the entire flow, from a quote to the customer (if applicable to your business), to the completion of the sale, issuance and storage of the invoice. All integration with SEFAZ happens automatically through the platform.

How do I manage my product inventory?

The registration of products and stock entries is carried out by the system. There are specific screens for this operation.

The system carries out movements automatically (when you make a sale or exchange products, for example). When exchanging, the exchanged product also has an automatic entry, returning to stock again. This simplifies your life and avoids operational losses!

You can manage items, stock time, product validity (if applicable) directly in the system!

How can I ask questions? Do I have support?

Yes, our support is provided through various channels, such as telephone, email and electronic. When you are using VarejoCloud, you can access the documentation created by our team and also send your questions directly to our support team!

Do I need to perform backups or backups?

Backups are already carried out directly by our technical team and the contracted plan already includes this service!

Can I start with the Light plan and then change?

Yes, you can migrate your plan to the Full plan at any time

How do I make the contract and payment?

You can receive a monthly charge via bank slip or PIX, depending on your preference.

If the internet goes down, will sales continue?

Our POS was designed so that your sales can continue even if there is a problem in your store, such as a lack of internet or if SEFAZ is unavailable.

Integration with e-commerce, how does it work?

VarejoCloud manages your online store's inventories in a unified way. Also, when there is a sale, it is VarejoCloud who receives and generates the Invoice relating to that sale. This greatly facilitates day-to-day operations, in addition to allowing single customer, stock and sales management.
